Am mercy koranteng, born in the year 1988 january precisely. I completed the year 2003 for my basic education, 2006 for my senior high education. I trained as a pupil teacher for a year from 2009 to 2010 and applied to nursing training sch, and completed year 2013. Started work at GWMH year 2013 up to date. Married year 2016 a proud mother of two kids, still maintaining my shape, many are those that have put on extra weight and losing their shape. Am still upgrading my profession in the field of nursing from 2020 and finally completed this year November 2023.We can maintain our body shape and look like sweet 16, when we eat good and healthy food,exercising,etc Proud mum of 2 . Slim and beautiful, young forever. People do do pit on weight because of the hormones in our body system. Some go for family planning which it all has side effects, some make u fat others too have it series of complications, some too form our genes or hereditary purpose. After birth , you have to tie ur waist or abdomen with a cloth or corset to keep ur tummy flat, other wise 2 or 3 kids u loose ur shape if you don't practice these steps cus you might feel pain , but there is a need for you to do it to help the expanded abdomen contract back to it normal size.
