PRODUCT AND SERVICE PROVISIONS
IAPD National may cancel, discontinue or make amendments to the products, provision of services
or agreements at any time. We may restrict, suspend or terminate your access to all or any part
of our services at anytime, for any or no reason, with or without prior notice or liability.
Such modification shall be effective upon posting by ‘IAPD National Ltd’ on the website. We
may set limits on the usage of our services.It is important to review these bylaws regularly to ensure you are up to date to any changes.
IAPD National may refuse to service, reject or refund any service fees to you if we suspect any
offensive, fraudulent, defamatory, illegal activities, or have taken any steps that could undermine
the security or integrity of any other services, cause harm to or threaten to harm
any person or violates these bylaws.LIABILITY
In no event shall IAPD National be liable or responsible to you or any
third party for any indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special
or punitive damages, loss or inconvenience that you may incur including
lost items or profit, damages as a result of products or services you may
request or use from us; even if IAPD National has been advised of the
possibility of such damages, the failure, error, malfunction or damage was
a result of our negligence or the negligence of our members, employees,
agents, representatives or affiliates arising from your use of the
services.
IAPD National’s liability to you for any cause whatsoever and
regardless of the form of the action, will at all times be limited to the
amount paid, if any, by you to IAPD National for the services provided
during the term of service.We may debit your account for any service charges you may have accessed through a Service Card.
SERVICE CARDS
Service cards without valid attachments expire after one (1) year of the
issue date. Service Cards with a valid attachment do not expire.You may use the Service Cards for fund raising purposes, distributing them for donations only and not selling them at a set price.
The benefits you may receive from the cover of a valid Service Card will only be authorized if a valid attachment is on the card at the time of redemption. The benefits may range from VIP access to selected events hosted by IAPD National and discounts on products and
services.SECURITY
If ‘CommunityArchitect.com’ notifies IAPD National of a complaint against
your service activities, we will have no choice but to discontinue
providing you with our services or apply the appropriate procedures
required to discontinue inappropriate use of the service.Appropriate legal action will be taken for any illegal, unauthorized or misuse of the IAPD National services.
Please exercise caution while using our services. Report any related concerns to the appropriate referenced contacts as soon as possible. In case of an emergency, contact the nearest emergency specialist in your area fit for the emergency. Calmly notify them with detailed information of the situation at hand.
