SERVICE ACTIVITIES
IAPD National may offer free products and services but any fees indicated
on these products or services must be paid in full. Further service
activities will continue on your account on receipt of payment of these
fees.If your account has remained inactive for more than one (1) year, your membership, service or subscription shall be terminated. You acknowledge that all benefits in your account with us will be lost or deemed forfeited and that any credits on your account with us may be irretrievable.
BYLAWS AGREEMENT
By using the IAPD National services, you represent, agree and warrant that
(a) you have read this Agreement and agree to all the provisions contained
above (b) all information you submit to IAPD National is truthful and
accurate (c) you are 14 years of age or older, and (d) your use of the IAPD
National services does not violate any applicable Law or regulation. If you
do not agree with the bylaws in this Agreement, you should discontinue use
of the ‘IAPD National services immediately and discard, retur this package
or log-off from the site.If you agree to this Agreement and its provisions, sign and fill in your details below. Make a copy of this document and send it by post mail to the IAPD National postal address provided. Retain the original document in a safe place for your records.
