Koware Enterprise was initiated in 1997 as a designer clothing project that identified with the customer’s desires. It was set up to develop the youthful lifestyles, providing members with a platform to plan and take an active role in the global community development of classified products, projects and services.

In 2008, the initiated project was established in Accra as an online start-up business. In 2020, the global community was officially listed as a sole trading entity with Ghana’s Registrar General’s Department. For more than 20 years, Koware’s bylaws have been guided by the global awareness acquired from social media and business regulatory reforms.

Each bylaw affirms the status of the global community as an international collaborative network. The updated bylaws unveils Koware to offer distance learning support in the competence of the member’s qualifications, leading to the award of certificates, diplomas and degrees. The projects shared by members are also incorporated to improve and provide better services.
